A resort is a structural problem, a logistics problem and a light problem at once. We hold all three in one office, architects and structural engineers at the same table, and carry a project from first concept to documentation a contractor can build.

Staff housing, kitchens, laundry and plant — the working spine of a resort, coordinated with utilities.
Utilities & systems coordination
Coordination with STP, desalination, solar and marine consultants for remote, self-sufficient sites.

We design worldwide. From our studios in Romania we deliver resort architecture, structural engineering, MEP coordination and BIM to destinations across the Indian Ocean, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
On every international project, statutory approval and local compliance remain with the registered professionals in each jurisdiction — architects of record, structural checkers, MEP and utilities engineers, EIA and coastal/marine specialists, and fire and life-safety consultants. Our European design and engineering capacity travels; the authority stays local.
